CALL FOR PROPOSALS

Guest Edit a future issue of S&F Online.

Every issue of S&F Online is considered a "special issue" and is edited by a Guest Editor. Each year, S&F Online will issue an open call for proposals for the Guest Editorship of a future issue. As a Guest Editor, you will play a crucial role in the development of a new genre of scholarly publication.

While you will be responsible for shaping your issue, BCRW and the editorial staff of S&F Online will play an advisory role as you proceed. The Advisory Board of S&F Online will referee all contributions. Guest Editors are the primary liaisons between the issue's contributors and BCRW.

To be considered for the Guest Editorship of a future issue, please send a written proposal to Janet Jakobsen. Your proposal should include:

1. A detailed description of the proposed topic, the issues you would like to address, the types of materials you would like to include and their format (multimedia, print), and the proposed panel or program, should you choose to plan one
2. Names and affiliations of possible contributors
3. A current c.v.

For a full list of guest editors, please see our archives.
