Waldron Family

“In our family, I’m a single mom. My son, Kyle, has never met his dad. When he was little, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, a disease that weakens my muscles. I use a wheelchair to help me get around the house and around my town. I can drive in a special car, and I can play basketball with Kyle in my wheelchair. My illness doesn’t stop me from being active and playful. My definition of family is a global one. I sincerely believe it takes an entire village to raise a child. I respect, unconditionally, any formation, feature and function of family. Having the same blood is perhaps the smallest of threads that binds a family.”
