Cordelia Fine

Cordelia Fine is a psychologist and professor in the history and philosophy of science program in the School of Historical and Philosophical Studies at the University of Melbourne. She is the author of A Mind of Its Own: How Your Brain Distorts and Deceives, Delusions of Gender: How Our Minds, Society, and Neurosexism Create Difference, and Testosterone Rex: Myths of Sex, Science, and Society, which won the Royal Society Insight Investment Science Book Prize 2017. She was awarded the 2018 Edinburgh Medal for her work on the understanding of gender stereotypes and challenging gender perceptions, and for her substantial contributions to public discourse to close the gender gap.
