Arianne Napier-White
Arianne Napier-White, LMSW is a clinical social worker with experience working in various mental health systems including hospitals, city government, and community mental health programs. Arianne’s work is grounded in Black feminist wisdom and has centered the experiences of Black communities, particularly those navigating end of life, chronic illness, and the complexities of trauma, grief, and loss. She currently serves as an adjunct assistant professor and the Director of MSW Practicum Learning at Smith College School for Social Work. She holds a BA from Simmons University and MSW from Smith College School for Social Work. Arianne is a proud Brooklynite currently residing in New Haven, CT.
