Annie Duchesne

Annie Duchesne is an assistant professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Northern British Columbia. Her research focuses on understanding the interplay between stress and ovarian hormones on behaviors across the lifespan. Some of her ongoing projects include studying the interaction between cortisol and estrogens on learning strategies, and investigating neuroendocrine effects of gendered source of stress during puberty. She is one of the editors of a special issue in Frontiers in Neuroscience entitled “Bridging Gaps between Sex and Gender in Neurosciences.”
