Annelies Kleinherenbrink

Annelies Kleinherenbrink studies gender, body image, and (mental) health from a cultural perspective. She is currently a postdoctoral researcher at Tilburg University, where her research focuses on the embodied experience of depression and obesity. Her doctoral dissertation examined the role of gender in contemporary neurocultures (ASCA, University of Amsterdam). She teaches on gender and psychopathologies at the Radboud University Nijmegen.
