1. Author Instructions/Guidelines
Guidelines for Contributors to The Scholar and Feminist Online:
- Your contribution will be maintained by Barnard College and the Center for Research on Women, and made available on its website and web journal, and in other appropriate media.
- Nothing will limit or reduce your intellectual property rights in the material prepared for S&F Online.
- Please obtain permissions for any artwork and multimedia included in your contribution.
- Please submit artwork and multimedia contributions in the highest resolution format possible.
- References should be in the Chicago Manual of Style endnote format and numbered (NOTE: The Scholar and Feminist Online does not allow in-text citations. Please convert such citations to endnotes).
- There is a 5000-word limit for your contribution.
- Please submit your work as a Word (.docx) document.
- The Scholar and Feminist Online is a peer-reviewed publication. Our review policy is single-blind review
- The Scholar and Feminist Online does not charge authors for publication.
2. Policy for Screening Plagiarism
Papers submitted to The Scholar and Feminist Online will be screened for plagiarism using Similarity Check/iThenticate plagiarism detection tools. S&F Online will immediately reject papers that contain plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
3. License Terms
The Scholar and Feminist Online allows reuse and remixing of content in accordance with Creative Commons license CC BY-SA
4. Publishing Rights
The Scholar and Feminist Online allows authors to hold the copyright on their work without restrictions and authors retain publishing rights without restrictions.

The ISSN-id for S&F Online is 1558-9404.
